What are the payment methods available to purchase Halmari Tea?

Currently, there are 3 ways you can purchase Halmari Tea online- through a PayPal account, your credit card or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

When will I receive my tea after placing an order?

On average, it takes 4-6 working days for the tea to reach your doorstep after you have placed the order. All our orders are fulfilled by FedEx and you can track your shipment through the Tracking ID sent to your registered email ID.

How is Halmari Tea packed to ensure freshness?

We are obsessed with providing you with the freshest and finest quality of tea and to that effect, we take special pride in our world-class packaging. In order to make sure that your tea remains fresh for longer, use air-tight containers to store your tea once delivered. If you have bought tea-bags, store the box in a cool, dry place.

Can I cancel my order?

If for some reason you decide to cancel your placed order, we provide you a full refund in 2-3 days time as long as your order has not been shipped from our estate.

What time period of teas will I receive on ordering Halmari Tea?

Only second flush tea (harvested between mid May and July) is available for online customers to purchase. No matter when you order the tea- in June or in October- you will always receive the same quality of tea as we store our teas on the estate with great care. We also make sure to send you a little more tea than you ordered so that you are never disappointed. For example- If you’ve ordered 250gm of tea, we send you 260gm!

Can I get a free sample of your tea?

We offer 10gms or 4 cups worth of tea as a sample if you order tea worth $75 or more. The page will automatically show you an option of adding 10gms of any tea that you like once you add the requisite amount to your cart.
